All contributions will be simultaneously published in the Conference Proceedings which will be available at the Conference. The Conference Proceedings will include papers sent to the Organizing Committee not later than 15 October 2010 in a camera-ready format (doc, wpd, pdf, ppt, pps, jpg).
Venue and accommodation
The conference will take place at Hotel Relax in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm as in previous years. It will be opened on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at 14:00 and it will be closed on Friday, November 5, 2010 after lunch. The hotel is booked for the conference, accommodation for all participants will be paid at their own expense, the capacity of the hotel is sufficient. All hotel rooms have been refurbished and the relaxation facilities of the hotel (sauna, massage) have been repaired during past summer. As a result, the conference participants will be able to benefit from accommodation of a higher standard than ever before (details on www.hotelrelax.cz where you see a map reference). Internet available. Accommodation will be secured by the steering committee. Participants who would like to be accommodated in the luxurious hotel EROPLÁN (www.eroplan.cz) - 100m from Hotel Relax - need to make a definite booking in advance, deposit required.
Transport
The steering committee will arrange transport from the locations mentioned below before and after the conference:

Additional events in the form of informal meetings and discussions at the refreshment tables will take place on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 on the hotel premises, and away from the hotel on Thursday 4 November 2010 at an stylit chalet accompanied by dulcimer music.
Conference fee
The conference fee is € 350. The fee covers the conference and additional events admission charge, lunches and dinners, conference proceedings.
The conference fee for active R&D persons with (noncommercial) technical/scientific paper received until October 15, 2010 is reduced to 200 €.
Extended conference fee with commercial presentation on panels/tables up to 3 m2 at the conference hall and a sales promotion at the Proceedings up to 5 pages is 500 €. Exceeding commercial presentation will be charged individually.
For enrolment received before October 22, 2010 the above mentioned fee is 15% reduced.
Upon request the Organization Committee may decide on additional individual discounts for participants from universities down to CZK 1000. University students presenting their papers should have other discount.
One-day participation (including Proceedings, not including lunch/programme) is 100 €.
Payment should be transferred to the Komercni banka, branch Roznov pod Radhostem, IBAN CZ97 0100 0000 0040 8424 8801, BIC KOMBCZPPXXX. At the conference registration point will be accepted only cash payment or cheque, not credit cards.
Information to the Invitation Form when the Entry Visa is required
We have confirmed with Foreign Policy following technique for correct invitation acceptable for all authorities:
- You will send us by e-mail or fax the copy of the passport page with your name in Latin characters and date of birth. You will complete this information with your address (and also mail address for express correspondence).
- We will immediatelly fill in the official form, sign it and return it by fax.
- We arrange very express authorisation of this form by Foreign Policy and then send it to you again by fax and simultaneously the original one by express mail.
Participants from firms which have not been present at any of the previous conferences will be sent an invitation only after they pay the conference fee.
